Andrew Gallagher is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in
England and Wales having qualified in 1993. Andrew joined Moore Stephens
London in 1988 and worked for the Management Services department prior to
moving into Audit. He relocated to Monaco in 1995. Andrew is responsible
for the audits of asset management, shipping and technology groups and has
assisted Patricia Osborne on corporate finance and fiscal structuring
projects undertaken in conjunction with Moore Stephens London.
