David Chopping, Partner, Moore Stephens LLP London
David is Head of the Technical Department servicing Moore Stephens London and Monaco. He has extensive experience of International Financial Reporting Standards. David is a regular speaker and is the author of various books on accounting. He is a member of the training and audit committees of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Stephen Jarvis , Partner, Ince & Co London
Stephen provides general corporate, commercial and contract advice to UK and international businesses, including mergers and acquisitions as well as joint ventures and shareholder agreements. For many years Stephen specialised in the insurance industry has acted for brokers, corporate capital vehicles and the transportation sector, ranging from ship management companies to those involved in the airline industry.
Jeremy Willmont , Partner, Moore Stephens LLP London
Jeremy is a partner in the corporate recovery department of Moore Stephens in London. He has extensive experience gained from dealing with distressed businesses and asset sales in a wide range of industries, having specified in corporate recovery since the start of the 90’s, in the UK’s last recession.
